Ok, so you're probably thinking WTF is up with this question? You most likely don't even know what mucoid plaque is.
Well, I'm here to tell you.
Mucoid plaque is disgusting mucus sitting on the insides of your bowel. It's a kind of solid slimy mass, sort of like the toxic waste you sometimes see on poor birds in the news on tv.
SORT OF!
While this stuff -is- waste and probably also toxic (to a certain degree) it doesn't normally leave your body. Instead it stays in your bowel and uh... just sits there.
Ok, so based on the title of this blog you probably think you've guessed what it's all about.
Me finding out whether I have mucoid plaque or not.
ALMOST correct. Actually, the purpose is to track my 10 day master cleanse.
Now, what's this "Master Cleanse" I'm talking about you're probably wondering.
Because we all want to get on with our lives I'll keep it short.
It's an internal cleaning of one's body that'll (hopefully) rid one of toxins and other waste that's somehow stuck inside your body.
As an extra bonus one will, most likely, also lose weight by doing this cleanse. But take notice that at least half of that weight will be gained back when one goes off the cleanse (don't ask I just read it somewhere else).
